About me

Here you’ll be able to find out more about me and my life, some of my interests and my thoughts and opinions on pretty much everything.

I’m officially a student at the University of Salford studying Multimedia Journalism. But I’m more than just a student. I love travelling, learning about history and experiencing new things. I hope to share some of these experiences with you.

Honestly, there isn’t just one subject that defines me. I could take to you about pretty much anything. Everything from sports to politics, gaming to photography, you name it! And with that being said the same goes for this site. Expect the unexpected.

Finally, I’d like to thank you for taking the time to look around my site and please feel free to contact me for any opportunities.

MY PAST WORK EXPERIENCE:
  • I recently gained some vital multimedia work experience at Elior, a major international catering contractor. During my week I worked on their social media pages, shot video advertisements for a water aid campaign and experienced the day-to-day operations of the company, from creating schedules to advising with new CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) ideas. I also currently have a part-time job working in the catering department for Elior at the AJ Bell Stadium.

  • I worked within Bury Council in the directory department. From there I helped run a website promoting local businesses and specialised in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and organising spreadsheets for important meeting. I was offered an Apprenticeship for Business Administration but turned this down as I wanted to continue my college course, progress at University and eventually find my way into the journalism industry.

  • Over the past two years I have been writing monthly articles voluntary for a local free magazine called YourLocalBURY.
